Plano West Choir Booster Club Spring Show Business Ads

The Plano West Spring Show has long been a wonderful tradition of the West Choir & Plano West community! The show is created and driven by choir members who create a theme and program the music. Everything from choreography and costumes to publicity and program covers, are student designed and led! To support this student endeavor, the Plano West Choir Booster Club sells ads to local businesses in our show program. Money raised through this campaign offsets the cost of the show including sheet music, set design, construction, costuming, and technical instruction, and more! In turn, we hope to promote the local businesses in our community and encourage our patrons to support YOU! 

We are bringing back our printed program this year and would love for you to be a part of it! The program will be available at the start of the show and all contributors will receive a copy. We would greatly appreciate your support and hope to partner with you this year! 

Ad Sizes and Options:

• Ads must be in JPG or PNG format.
• Sizes and cost of ads:
  • Back Page, Page 1, Page 2 Full Page Color Ad (8" wide x 10" tall) - $300 
  • Full Page Color Ad (8” wide x 10” tall) - $150
  • Half Page Color Ad (8” wide x 5” tall) - $75
  • Quarter Color Ad (4” wide x 5” tall) - $40

A payment can be made by check, payable to Plano West Choir Booster Club (mailed to: Plano West SHS 5601 W. Parker Rd Plano TX 75093) OR ordered on the website HERE.

The deadline for artwork AND payment submission is Monday, APRIL 6TH.

• Please, first complete the Spring Show Program Ads 2026 form by clicking HERE.
• A digital file(JPG or PNG format) can be emailed to springshow@pwshcb.com by Monday, APRIL 6TH.
