Fine Arts Letter Jacket Information
- All Plano West Senior High Fine Arts students are eligible to receive a jacket.
- Jackets are completely OPTIONAL and ENTIRELY at the student/family expense.
- Please look over ordering details on the Meca Sportswear website. Decide how you would like to customize your jacket.
- Bring your order form and payment to the sizing session on Wednesday, August 20th, 3:30-5:00PM in the Choir Room.
- Bring any patches that you already have and would like for Meca to add to your jacket (for a $12 sewing fee per patch).
- If a student cannot make the sizing session, they can make an appointment to go to the Meca Sportswear home office (near Hebron and Josey)to be sized and pay.
- Jacket order deadline will be 5 days after sizing session.
- Jackets should arrive approximately 8 weeks after sizing session.
- Jackets range in price based on how you customize.
- You can purchase more patches from Meca at a later date to be mailed to your home and sewn on by a tailor of your choosing.

Student Supply Contributions
A one-time $150 contribution is requested from each student to fund this year's
Plano West Choir supplies, activities, and events.

Membership Toolkit
If this is your first time to our website, and you are a parent of a choir student and have never had a membership toolkit account, please register! HERE
If you already have an ID and password for the Plano West, or a previous PISD / PTA Membership Toolkit site, please log in using your last year's account login info. You will need to update your information and are welcome to change your login info.

Choir POLO Shirts -- The shirts are the attire for many Choir Activities and Shows. The iconic PWSH Choir polo is the same year after year, so if you have a family member who passed along a polo in your size, you’re already set! Choir Polos are available for $25, and the form is now open via MTK.
Choir Black 1/4 zip fleece -- this is an optional choir spirit wear item that raises funds for our Booster Club and activities for the students! There will be 2 delivery dates: one in September and another in January.
Syncopation Students -- please pay your Syncopation fee through your Membership Toolkit account
There is a $150 choir fee that is paid to the Plano West Choir Booster club and no longer through Rycor. The fee covers necessities for the choir program not covered by PISD such as music, classroom supplies, equipment, meals, snacks and water for the students throughout the year. If you would like to pay your choir fee by check please check payable to Plano West Choir Booster Club with Choir in the memo line as well as student name
All forms can be found in one packet this year.

All volunteers must submit a Plano ISD Volunteer Application each year. Starting July 10th, you can submit your Volunteer Application through the new Plano ISD volunteer registration system at: plano.voly.org. Be sure to select "Plano West" as your school of choice. Membership Toolkit is the part of the PWCBC website that handles parent/student forms, volunteer information/signups and all of our money transactions. Please: DO NOT create a new profile if you have logged into Membership Toolkit before! (i.e.,: if you have had a Membership Toolkit (MTK) account from a previous PISD school or PTA) You should be able to log into this Plano West Choir Booster Club - Membership Toolkit website with your previous MTK log in info.
If you question whether or not you have an account and need guidance, please contact a board member of the PW Choir Booster Club. The president is happy to help you get started and can be emailed at Shawn Sutherland. If you think you know which email address you may have registered with you can try a 'password reset'.
