Plano West Choir Booster Club Spring Show Student Ads

Honor your student by purchasing an ad in The Plano West Choir Spring Show Program! We are bringing back our printed program as a keepsake and mini-yearbook for choir students and their families. This is a great opportunity for a business advertisement as well! Choir families are asked to reach out to their orthodontists/realtors/music teachers/favorite restaurants to encourage them to participate; the more income we earn from ad sales, the better our Spring Show will be!  

Senior Tribute Ads: Honor your grad in the Plano West Class of 2026 section of this keepsake program. Better than the yearbook! 

Junior Ads: There is a space for you too! 

We hope that ALL Choir students place a personal ad or sell a business ad to help support our Spring Show costs! 

Ad Sizes and Options:

• Ads must be in JPG or PNG format.
• Sizes and cost of ads:
  • Full Page Color Ad (8” wide x 10” tall) - $150
  • Half Page Color Ad (8” wide x 5” tall) - $75
  • Quarter Color Ad (4” wide x 5” tall) - $40
  • Single Line Shout Out (3.75"wide x 2" tall - $25

A payment can be made by check, payable to Plano West Choir Booster Club (mailed to: Plano West SHS 5601 W. Parker Rd Plano TX 75093) OR ordered on the website HERE.

The deadline for artwork AND payment submission is Monday, APRIL 6TH.  

To Place an Ad:

• Please, first complete the Spring Show Program Ads 2026 form by clicking HERE.
• A digital file(JPG or PNG format) can be emailed to springshow@pwshcb.com by Monday, APRIL 6TH.
• Any questions may be directed to Ritu Narayan and Ashley Dickson at springshow@pwshcb.com.
• Files must be saved in this format lastname.firstname.(jpg or png)
